Following successful implementation of Asprey’s compliance and works management solutions, bpha has chosen Asprey assets, Asprey’s asset management function, with its in-built, intuitive business intelligence features to manage its housing portfolio.
Implementation of Asprey Assets will include the transfer of all data from bpha’s current asset management solution, along with property photos. Once delivered, bpha will benefit from a single view of its housing stock within a central solution to aid the management of risk, compliance and audit requirements, and to ensure that properties meet current government standards and bpha’s own bespoke property standard. Asprey’s mobile data collection solution will also be used, for its essential data rationalisation and validation features and data collection efficiency.
