Following a successful go-live with Asprey Assets – a comprehensive operational asset management and planned works management solution in December 2024 – Flagship has expanded its use of Asprey products to include AspireBI for strategic asset management and option appraisal.
Flagship Group owns over 32,000 homes across the east of England and works closely with 20 local authorities. The Group is committed to strengthening the local economy by creating opportunities for individuals through employment, education, and training initiatives. With a workforce of over 1,500 staff members, Flagship is renowned for its exceptional apprenticeship programmes.

Driven by a steadfast commitment to addressing the housing crisis, Flagship is focused on more than just providing homes – it strives to build sustainable communities. Recognising that this requires more than simply increasing the number of affordable homes, Flagship continually invests in its existing properties, advances its technological capabilities, and implements innovative service delivery strategies.
Jessica Squires, Project Manager (Property Strategy) at Flagship, said, “We are excited to further our partnership with Asprey. Integrating AspireBI into our operations will empower us to make data-driven decisions, ensuring our assets are managed strategically to support our mission of creating long-term, sustainable communities."
