Grŵp Cynefin is the only housing association with homes in each of the six counties in north Wales and north Powys.
Managing around 4,000 properties, the team at Grŵp Cynefin offers housing maintenance, tenant and community support and new housing development, with oversight by a Board of Management.

Grŵp Cynefin has recently purchased and is currently implementing Asprey Assets for holistic asset management including works and asbestos management.
