Leeds Federated Housing, who operate across Leeds, Wakefield, and North Yorkshire, are now live on Asprey Assets for cloud-enabled asset, compliance and works management, with workforce mobilisation through Asprey Mobile and strategic portfolio management powered by Asprey’s AspireBI software and methodology.
Having worked closely with Asprey Consultants, the LFHA team focused on an organisation-wide solution architecture and integration of Asprey’s solution with existing systems in place at LFHA.
Leeds Federated Housing looked at several systems when searching for an Asset Management solution. For us, Asprey Assets offered the comprehensive range of functions we were looking for and was great value for money. One of its biggest selling points was the versatility around reporting and dashboards. For instance, we are currently in the process of building a dashboard to highlight Fuel poverty within the stock; so that where possible we can target our energy works to most benefit our tenants.
The system covers off all areas of Assets and its integration with Intelligent energy, which made it a relatively easy job to gather the data required to put in a bid for Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund monies.
Key for us, was the ability to appraise our stock quickly and simply, both Net Present Value (NPV) and Strategic Present Value (SPV). The provision of AspireBI as part of our Asprey solution has enabled us to be much more dynamic in our appraisals, and it is much easier to make strategic asset management decisions.
Whilst the system is off-the-shelf, its flexibility allowed us to meet the system requirements of many business units and provided access to organisation-wide information. Asprey Consultants were extremely knowledgeable and efficient, and the implementation was very painless, with the project delivered on time and to cost.
Asprey Assets will have a big impact on our tenants in aiding us to do the right work at the right time and inform our business plan.
